The Kindersley Jr. Klippers will look to make it three in row this evening, as they play host to the Estevan Bruins. Kindersley knocked off Humboldt and Yorkton over the weekend and will look to keep the momentum going. Head Coach and GM of the Klippers Ken Plaquin, is also looking forward to facing the Bruins again, after falling to them 3-0 back on October 14.

"I think their goalie (Hrdlicka) stole that game. It probably should have been a 2-2 or 3-3 game and we just couldn't bury the opportunities. So, I'm happy they are coming quick, we should be ready for them, and hopefully it's the other way around," Plaquin said.

Estevan is coming off a 7-2 loss at the hands of the number one team in the entire CJHL, the Battlefords North Stars last night. Both Estevan goalies saw action in that one, as Cam Hrdlicka was pulled after allowing 4 goals on 18 shots. Jackson Miller came in and let in 3 goals on 28 shots.

Kindersley is led on the scoresheet by Spencer Paplawski, who has 4 goals and 5 assists. Tylin Hilbig and Matthew Mazzocchi are tied for the team high in goals with 5. Cody Jaman is coming off a stellar weekend, as he was named SJHL goaltender of the week on Monday.

The Jr. Klippers continue to look for game day volunteers, duties include goal judges, selling 50/50s, and taking money at the gate. You can contact Nicki at 306-430-8011 or klippersmarketing@gmail.com if interested.

Game time is 7:30 pm this evening.
