A major part of the SJHL business, is trying to move players to the next level.

The Kindersley Jr. Klippers are still waiting, and waiting for the official word on their season. While a lot of news has been made recently in the province trying to get hockey back in citing a player's well-being, it is not the only reason.

Kindersley Klippers Governor Kyle Adamson knows that the break has impacted players personally, but he believes that the leagues main purpose is being left behind.

"Our goal as an organization is to move players on, and move players up into better opportunities" said Adamson, "We have (lots of interest) in players, and only being able to complete 3 games so far isn't giving them the opportunity or the video to be able to showcase their talent. That is what we hope to be able to provide yet this year"

It is still uncertain what any semblance of a season would look like, but the team has likely started shifting their focus on the next season, and their young roster.

The SJHL's recent NHL 21 simulation showcase was created for player exposure, as a few Klippers gained some notoriety after a live event last weekend. Micheal Neumeier, Matt Mazzocchi, Aidan Bangs, Logan Linklater, Kyle Ford, and Ethan King were put into the game, as well as goaltender Matthew Pesenti.
