Eston and Beechy each played host to the West Central Jr. District Volleyball Championships for boys and girls respectively this past weekend, and each home side walked away with the title in their home gym.

Junior Boys'

Round Robin Standings:

• Dinsmore 3-0
• Eston 2-1
• Loreburn/Kenston 1-2
• St. Gabriel's 0-3

Loreburn/Kenaston and Eston faced off in the Semi-final. It was a close match with Eston taking the win in three sets. 

In the final, Eston and Dinsmore played two very close sets with Eston winning the championship.  

Junior Girls'

• Game 1: Beechy vs Loreburn (22-25, 27-25, 15-13)
• Game 2: Rosetown vs Kindersley (15-25, 22-25)
• Game 3: Loreburn vs Kindersley (14-25, 28-26, 15-12)
• Game 4: Beechy vs Rosetown (21-25, 25-14, 17-15)
• Game 5: Rosetown vs Loreburn (22-25, 19-25)
• Game 6: Beechy vs Kindersley (26-24, 24-26, 15-9)

Round Robin Standings:

• Beechy 3-0
• Loreburn 2-1
• Kindersley 1-2
• Rosetown 0-3

Semi Final: Loreburn vs Kindersley (25-13, 25-21)

Final: Beechy vs. Loreburn (25-17, 15-25, 15-7)
