The Eston Centennial has been a massive celebration bringing the community together to embrace the town's milestone. The town has focused on remembering the highlights and achievements of the past 100 years in Eston during the festivities, and looking forward to the future.

Amongst the thriving community is the well known Eston College. Their mission is stated as "developing disciples of Christ–faithful men & women educated in the wisdom of the Bible who walk in obedience to the Holy Spirit and who extend God’s grace by serving as His ambassadors in the home, church, and marketplace".

Established November 6, 1944, five men from the Apostolic Church of Pentecost organization were appointed to create the Bible College to serve the local churches of the "Full Gospel Missions Fellowship". The five men initially named the college the Full Gospel Bible Institute, and welcomed six students in its first year of studies.

It did not take long for the education centre to become popular as 12 more students registered for the college's second year. Things only grew from there on for Eston College; its origins began in an old farm house and the Eston Full Gospel Church located in town. Today, the college stands on 1st Avenue SW in Eston and continues to serve as the primary education establishment within the town.

Despite the college being situated in rural Saskatchewan, its doors are open to people from Canada and all over the globe. Eston College offers many courses and programs for its students focused on theology and biblical studies throughout the year; it has also welcomed English as an Additional Language program for those looking to strengthen their English language skills.

The private institution has provided residents of Eston and surrounding area with an opportunity to grow, prosper, and succeed over the last several decades. No doubt it will continue to be a pedestal for young adults to further their education for years to come.
