After seeing temperatures well above normal this past weekend, the weather will be drastically cooler by comparison this week.

Environment Canada is forecasting temperatures to be around the freezing mark by Wednesday and that'll likely continue into next week.  Meteorologist Bob Cormier says snow is in the forecast for parts of the province, as a low-pressure system zips through the southern prairies.

Cormier says that most of the snow will fall in the Alberta Foothills but some of it will move East.
