The Rosetown RCMP had a pretty busy week from October 8 to 14. Kicking it off, was the request for a wellbeing check on the morning of October 8. Members spoke to the subject of complaint. In the afternoon, RCMP received a found wallet, and it was returned to the owner.

On the morning of October 10, Rosetown RCMP received a report of a missing person. The missing person was found and nothing further was required. Then in the early afternoon, Members received a report of a sudden death. Members attended along with Rosetown EMS. EMS determined it was not a sudden death and transported the individual to the hospital for assessment.

Then on morning of October 11, there was a report of an erratic driver on Highway 7 near Harris. Members were unable to locate the vehicle.

On the evening of October 12, Members received a report of a motor vehicle collision. A tire from a truck fell off and collided with the vehicle behind causing the driver to end up in the ditch. There were no injuries.

In the early morning hours of October 13, there was a report of a garage fire in Herschel. There were no injuries and the fire was not suspicious in nature. Also, in the morning of October 13, RCMP received a report of a suspicious vehicle on Highway 15 near Sovereign. Members patrolled the area but were unable to locate the vehicle. Then in the afternoon, there was a report of graffiti on a shed in Rosetown. There was insufficient evidence to proceed, and it was reported for information purposes. In the afternoon as well, RCMP received a found wallet, and it was returned to the owner. Then in the evening of a busy October 13, Members received a report of theft of keys and wallet from a vehicle in Rosetown. There was insufficient evidence to proceed.

And in the morning of October 14, there was a report of theft of lights from the front yard of a Rosetown residence. The matter is still under investigation.

There were also 63 Traffic related charges issued, three 911 miss dial calls and three false alarm calls.
